Title: New graphics card

I got a new monitor from my grandparents, but I only have one graphics card (nvidia 8400) and no onboard graphics on my motherboard.

I'm looking for a new graphics card that is around $50 and relatively good (for gimp/photoshop and some older games). 

Does anyone know of a cheaper brand or card that is still pretty good quality?

Also, I would like it to be pci-express or pci as I have no AGP

For $50, you won't get much better performance than your 8400GS. I would recomend spending more than $50.

look to spend atleast $150, i doubt you could even get a gaming GPU for $50.

you can get an 8800GT for $130 now
