im thinking of (planning way ahead) for christmas getting some of you guys to ship me over some pc parts. just wondering what i could get for $800

I could, but it would probably add another 100 from the size/weight, i suppose you could always buy a case/mobo their and the rest of the goodies from here.

this is just an idea, but to keep the parts safer, if i throw in a lil extra maybe u could build it 4 me :P lol so maybe its more like a $650 dollar buil, with 100 for shipping and 50 for you to build it. sound good to you??

a quadcore really there isn't much uses for it with apps it may improve a little but not that much to change from a dual core so i say just get a dual core

totally agree, you'll find in the later part of this year and the next that quad core will have better support for hardware and software, but at the mo, there really isn't any reason to get one (unless your planning to build a super computer, lol).

well, if you read my post you would no i was jus getting a rough idea what i could get for that amount, im buying it in christmas, which will have better support for the software by then
