try

Press and hold the [](square), <>(triangle), SELECT and the START buttons after switching the psp on for about 2 seconds ..... remember that you have to do this before you see the startup screen...

or try using the pandora battery and memory stick to install CFW or something

if you mean the password for the internet all you do is reset the system settings
