You covered the leads up in your red pointer

are they 2,3, or 4 leads ?

They look to be attenuation resistors that are used to minimize the ringing on the bus

Don't even have them...I get ringing when my charge plug is plugged in but idk if thats anything to do with this.

lol so do i when you plug it into the charger you hear 'eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee'. I wondered what was causing it lol
