ok peeps i made a tread some time ago but it is old now and i still dont understand ho wto add the speaker i want to take out the original and put in 1 big so :beg: HELP ASAP!!!!!!
-
well if you want to take out the old ones and put in new bigger ones
then you are going to have to desolder directly off of the old ones then figure which onee is positive and negative and solder onto those wires and then put heat shrink or electric tape around it so it doesnt touch the mobo (which would fry it)
I am doing this mod right now but I am just looking for smaller speakers I just found some yesterday and I am waiting for them in the mail

when u do can u video it for me :beg:

*sigh* Whatever, I'm not gonna bother fighting with another idiot.
It's not supposed to work if you don't wire right. I know from experience.

I TOLD YOU.
TWICE over PMs. You just don't get it. It doesn't get any simpler. You can just wire the + from the speakers to the + on the new speaker and then the - from the speakers to the - of the new speaker. Easiest way to do it. If you can't understand 4 wires then there's no point in explaining the LM386 way of doing it.
-
wire your big speaker positive to the positive on the original psp speaker and the negative to the negative.

yes on the picture, the speaker has two contacts, the contact on the right with the grey wire soldered to it is postive and the other contact (with the black wire) is negative
