Title: does anyone know how to do this with a cathode light?

i want to try to power a cathode light light through a usb port because i want to hook 1 up 2 my ps3

i have some extras but i have no idea on wat to do with the wires

so sum1s help wud b appreciated

I'm not totally sure but I think most cathodes run off of 12volts and a usb port only supplies 5volts so the only way it would be possible is if you found a 5volt cathode.
