Wtf is this!?

i just saw this on the side of acidmods (the anoying commercial thingys)

I'm almost 90% sure its a oil heater that you put inplace of your dipstick in an engine. or so thats what it looks like

not exactly wolf, see, this is only used when the engine is off, you remover your dipstick and insert this so that way when you go to bed or what ever you do at night, when its cold, it will keep your engine a little warm so easier starting on them cold winter days and faster heat to your heat blower to warm you up on your way to work
