where can i get some really bright blue 0603 led's because the ones i have right now really suck

well if you mean that they are not bright enough? Then take off the resistors if you have any on them. The blue LEDs dont require resistors but all other colors do.

i have tryed and orderd from many places and tryed taking out the
resistors but there still kinda dull compared to some of the ones i have seen

If you're that new to leds, remember this:
The higher the MCD on them, the brighter they are. Get leds with higher MCD (Luminous intensity).

go on ebay. its like 15 bucks for 100 and it comes in 5 colors. use blue or white thet are REALLY bright. also, soldering resistors over makes LEds brighter.
