Title: Need a Macro Programable 360 controller

Is it possible for someone in the US to build a programable controller for 360 that would allow me to assign button sequences to a single button?  Would also like the rapid fire options as well... HOW MUCH!

Make that two! That's exactly also what I am looking for. A controller in which buttons are fully programmable so I could record a sequence of moves/combos to them. Is anybody able to build one for me?
