hey i hope tec the maker of elwire psp reads this i just wanted to know where could i find a small converter like tec said or the one he used cuz i bought the elwire and tried it but didnt work until i read that you needed a converter

If i am not mistaken Tec used one from this site, http://www.coolight.com/product-p/cl-imc-1.5ft.htm (http://www.coolight.com/product-p/cl-imc-1.5ft.htm) I think it was this invertor but im not 100%. And I think you even have to disasemble it even futher to fit it in.

Btw its a Invertor because its going Dc -> Ac, A convertor goes Dc -> Dc ect.

you need a inverter that converts 5V DC to 120-200V AC (alternating at a high frequency) so far i have only been able to find one inverter small enough for the job. even then you have to strip the casing off of it.

Yes there is a very tiny inverter available

I will look it up and get you the link. it runs from the 3.3 volt source
