De Walt Cordless, stepping up the size 2 or 3 times till I get the right size hole, then the X-acto knife. Also start on the outside going in and clean the inside edge.

Pre-drill with smaller bit first from inside, then use the required bit from outside. Buff up with Xacto Knife. Like ^he^ said
-
To keep the bit from walking, I take something with a very fine hard point and make a small divot or mark where i want the bit to drill through, then begin with the smaller bit. I learned that little lesson the hard way...

yeah me to haha

I don't even use a drill ..
I use a high Power Green Lazer :#1:

If you are joking, then :nono:
Otherwise, awesome!

Wow. A bunch of you guys do it the hard way. I drill my holes to size on a drill press then clean up the lip and put a slight chamfer on by gently twisting a phillips head screwdriver in the hole. Works beautiful.
-
oh never thought of putting a chamfer on thats a great idea!
