Title: CLean drill holes

i use a dremel drill half way, flip over, drill from the other side.

Pre-drill with smaller bit first from inside, then use the required bit from outside. Buff up with Xacto Knife. Like ^he^ said

Post by: Containm3nt on October 19, 2008, 07:28:25 PM: To keep the bit from walking, I take something with a very fine hard point and make a small divot or mark where i want the bit to drill through, then begin with the smaller bit. I learned that little lesson the hard way... :angry:

Post by: bill16504 on October 23, 2008, 01:49:40 PM: Wow. A bunch of you guys do it the hard way. I drill my holes to size on a drill press then clean up the lip and put a slight chamfer on by gently twisting a phillips head screwdriver in the hole. Works beautiful.
