never heard of a clear ps2 analog stick maybe seach around though it's in the internet somewhere

If you cant find it its because maybe they don't exist so yeah.

You could make some?

Make a mold of the ps2 joystick then possibly melt plastic into the mold wait for it to harden
then cut the mold then take spare analog mount that the stick does on heat it with torch and push then part of the joystick you need on there then wait to harden that could work possibly.
