Title: Resistors - Most Desired Values
Post by: phenoptix on October 28, 2008, 05:44:29 AM: I was just reading the sound reactive slim mod and noticed people had trouble getting hold of 191k Ohm and 30k Ohm resistors so I thought I'd stock them in my store. While I'm ordering them I may as well get in some other commonly used resistor values, as I only stock 100, 220, 360 and 470 Ohm at the moment.

What values do you use most frequently and for what mod?

No one I've seen has had any trouble finding them, and if they did it was cuz they didn't know they could double up.

But yeah. Go ahead and get them, I can't really name any others offhand (never really a need for them, got myself one of those big packs from RS a while ago lol)

Check RS UK or farnell, they are sure to have them in wholesale quantities.

Everyone in the UK has trouble sourcing them.

It's because of all the good feedback and the steady growth that I've been able to take phenoptix full time so we're looking to grow our range and provide a more complete service.
I'll get the 191K, 30K, 10R, 20R and 30R in for starters and build from there.
