Title: What is the best l.e.d. for modding the psp triggers?

I have recently began modding psp's for extra cash and I was wondering what the best l.e.d. type was? I see alot of ppl using them but what kind are they? I have used the 0603 l.e.d.s for my last psp and the work fine but are very very tiny and hard to solder. I was also wondering if anyone knows of a good site to buy parts like face plates and other things for cheap?[/[/font][/color]b]

0603 are the best. You can use bigger like 0805 but it gets harder to fit into tiny gaps. Dealextreme.com (http://Dealextreme.com) sells all the faceplates cheap.

Yup its better hard to solder and small then easy to solder but big and 0603 smt leds are easy to solder if you got 2 solders and some twezzers like me

Yea i thought 0603 were hard to solder when I first started also.
Now I can solder one up in no time. Just practice  :hifive:
