Title: slim umd door question

ok i have started working on my first slim psp now i just made a jewl (well i cut out the psp sighn an put a plastic folder under it) and i need to know if i can use 3mm leds to light it up without interfering with my umd drive also where do i run them so it wont get in the way of anything.I will add pics later and also can i just wire the leds to the speakers like in the fat?

i think 3mm leds would be to big use 0603
and yes u can do direct to speakers but i think lm386 is better but watever floats ur boat

ok thanks for the help yea i would use 0603 but.....
i dont have any money good news though i found a cell phone at the park an it has blue leds  :dribble:
