when in turn it on the back light goes on i hear sound but no pic.

Have you checked to make sure the ribbon cable is in properly?

did you check the ribbon cable just telling us you dissasembeled it causes me to think it is the ribbon cable even more

Check with another LCD..

If it still can't help, try clean inside,

Did you see backlights?

or Did you see pic but no backlights?

or Nothing happened?

i see black light but no pic. i dont have anotor screen but thanks for helping.

Was the PSP dropped? The problem is with the video IC. I used to own a psp that had the same exact problem. The video IC needs to be reworked. Your screen will work if you push down on the IC. Here is a forum link for more information:
