Clear with led's is too played out

red with black buttons is good

my vote goes for blue with black buttons and blue led's

Even though it isn't in your poll I reckon the color scheme smoky black and blue looks good. I would do (depending on the PSP you have) a Piano Black case, all the LED's on the motherboard swapped with blues ones, blue LED's in the triggers (sound reactive) and transparent buttons which could also be lighted blue. THAT would be an awesome PSP lol.

For your poll I'll go, blue case with black buttons and blue LED's
