I can't show pics, but you know when you open up your controller, there a bunch of little solder dots; the solder pad?

My wire WAS soldered to it, but the wire came off, ALONG with the pad.

How the hell do I solder it back on?

did you mean that the ribbon cable (the one with all the buttons) connects to the motherboar came off?

The little solder pad.
That silver thing that's in the circle.
Its not there anymore.
How do I solder on the board now?

If there's a trace you could solder to that.  All you have to do is scratch off the green stuff on top of it. it's hard though so take your time.
