i want to make my leds sound reactive

and at the same time i want to turn it off and on

by the hold switch..is this possible?

If your doing direct connection i don't think you can use the hold switch as both the - and + of the led have to connect to the speaker. If your doing it with the LM audio chip then yes there is a way of connection it to the hold switch.

If you are using the chip just connect the ground from the LM386 to the hold switch.

Yep that will work like faT shows. You wi want to remove the resistors from the audio lines though.

Btw: both the pic of the hold switch, and the original speaker diagram are mine. faT gets all the credit for editing them to fit the situation.

Or you could just do a direct connection to your speakers and use a switch to the the power

Yeah but the whole point of using the wifi/hold switches is so you don't have to add a switch. If you want your psp to look stock, then I'd use one of those switches.
