Title: Getting perfect umd door cut outs - Tip
Post by: Alien_X on January 04, 2009, 08:56:58 AM: Just in case anyone was having trouble, you can use an adjustable hole saw, or a 52mm holesaw to cut out the required hole - it makes it a nice clean cut with no need for sanding.

And if you want it just that extra bit nicer, use a pillar drill.

Post by: GhoSt on January 10, 2009, 09:23:30 AM: Its a pretty small one, sits on a bench in our shed. I think we got it about a year ago. I havn't worked out how to switch around the belt thing to vary the speed, But drill presses are so usefull.
