Title: Wtf Do I Do?
Post by: tmandt on January 05, 2009, 03:01:31 AM: hhehe my first thread since the _____. :eyebrow: well my sis bf bought a baby duck like kinda big lol yea. and idk what to do with it. it quacks non stop when it doesnt see me but when i get clost it gets scared wtf :boxed: and its not eating or drinking water :cry2: i dont want it to die ahhaha. well its been 14 hrs and no sleep, water, or food for the duck. it wont do anything :help:

I have no idea how, but your going to have to see a vet or something to help you. Some friends of mine had the same problem with a pet bird they got. Good luck. If it dies you can just have roast duck :P Kidding

hehe i just made it go to sleep for 1-3 mins. then my sister had to :censored:ing cough and woke it up :( well ill see what i can do hahah

I suggest you buy a mascot Duck Costume and feed it like nature intended, Regurgitation. Should go to sleep after tis eaten, I know I always do :tup:

but to be serious ive seen people use seringies to feed it and give it water

put it near a heat lamp and a mirror so that it is warm and thinks its got company or try a toy fluffy duck teddy

or try the chicken trick

Thats good news

Once thing ive learnt with small animals, especially chicks, if you stroke the back of their neck VERY softly, it relaxes them, it helped a chick when I was back in the rainforest stop running from me, now it doesnt mind me picking it up... I miss that chick... :cry2:

Thats good news

I hid a baby iguana in a tupawear thing with holes poked in the top and made it back to the USA from Aruba. It died shortly after though. This was adter 9/11 too so us customs were pretty strict they just didnt find it i guess. I dont even remember if they checked my carryon bag or not. they probably just ran it through a machine to check for metal and such.

Im pretty sure they have an iguana scanner too :winker:

probably the journey in a little tuporwware and the x-rays from the scanner that killed it as its a powerful xray so that it can see through lugage and hard reinforce computer cases. radiation poisoning ftw lol
