Title: Kit for Fixing Red Rings

My friend will be giving me his 360 tomorrow but it has the red rings. I think I will be fixing it by buying a kit from ebay with all the screws and washers. 1) Don't buy from ebay.
2) If you're going to buy a kit for that, I'd say go to divineo and get it. It's by talismoon or xcm, I'm not sure which.

I can only find this kit for fixng the RROD. http://www.divineo.com/cgi-bin/div-us/zz-36-xsrk (http://www.divineo.com/cgi-bin/div-us/zz-36-xsrk) It doesn't look like it uses the bolts and washers.... Whats wrong with buying from ebay? It's less than $10 shipped and that guy is from my state so i get it fast.

you can find all the bolts and washers etc at lowes. only artic silver i get form ebay.

I think I might just get the screws and washers from lowes if I can find them there.

What are the exact screws and washers called and how much were they? I already have my arctic silver 5 because I build computers and that's what I use. If I can get everything at lowes, where do you recommend getting the tools for opening the 360?
My friend didn't give me his xbox yet because he still needs to get the cables for it from his parents. Hopefully I will get it tomorrow. :tup:
