Title: New diet. This better work.
Post by: H-Sauce on January 08, 2009, 11:32:46 AM
Ok, so for my new years resolution (and a £10 bet with my freind) I am having No sweets. NO chocoate. NO pastry's. NO crisps. NO suguary fizzy drinks. NO cakes. And all other fatty foods to a minimum. This will happen for a year. One year without any of the above. £10 here come :P

like you cant even have any of those things at all or you can eat em as much? Because I am here to tell you, not to be that guy, but if you eat this stuff everyday and then just stop  it wont work you will just end up binge eating, which will make it worse. You have to sort of work your way down. I dont eat this stuff on a daily basis, but about once a week I still eat a little cake or ice cream sometimes.

CREME EGGS!
I LOOOOOOOVE CREME EGGS!
More than Kel loves orange soda... apart from when the chocolate has cracked so the inside has gone hard, that's not as appealing...

OK, I'm still confused (yet intrigued)... is it an ACTUAL finger... or a Cadbury's FingerTM: the biscuit.

an actual finger. my middle finger on my right hand was severed just above the nail at the cadburys factory durning a tour i whent to on my 7th birthday(my actual birthday) it was just as you left the tour and entered into the shop. they immediately closed the shop and  the cafe where i was taken for medical treatment. they didn't even give me a free egg which i asked for so i sued them for £7000

Its when you grow older when you don't really want to be missing 3 weeks of school. Only a lost nail, I know someone who did that whilst in a DIY store!

This diet has given me a problem. I didn't have much to eat last night, and due to me having no sugar I had no energy. So I was feelin really ill after ice skating, and I still was at about 10 o'clock this morning.

you could have a creme egg, they have lots of sugar. So sweet, with a melting centre that makes your mouth water as you eat it, tasting very sweet but not at all sickly, the perfect balance of flavours.

oh no wait xD lolololol

Frost... There is no point in just stopping sugar, and all those fatty food altogether. It appears to affect you eating anything else, and eating fatty foods/foods with sugar are alright in moderation. Just keep it balanced, and don't go too extreme one way or another. You're WAY healthier that way.

id have to dissagree justin.
yea you are way healthier just by balancing all diffeent kinds of food, but iit still would be better just to cut out all junk foods and balance the other foods. junk foods do not help in any way.

Way to bump an old topic.

Anyway, sure, junk foods don't help you with nutrition at all, but he's saying he's "not feeling like eating anything" and that may be because he all of a sudden took away the junk food he used to eat so much of. It's like withdrawl. When you're doing drugs, you can't all of a sudden take them away.
