yes, its an, imo, cheap name, and its a buggy, but hey it was cheap and i clocked it at 63.

I've thought about getting a Losi Mini T for a couple years, and that was the pricec of it when it first came out

If you want to know it inside and out, get a kit.

It may cost more, but you can get better things like a better receiver and such.
