Hey everyone.

I haven't posted for a while but I need some help. I let my best friend borrow my PS3 for a while and, long story short, it got smashed. Everything inside is fine, the metal frame is a bit bent at the front, but no major issue with that. My main problem is there seems to be no PS3 replacement cases ANYWHERE. I've heard XCM haven't planned on making any yet and I've had a look around but nobody seems to have anything except the smart plates.

Can anybody help me out?

Well, First off how long have you had the ps3? You could say that you think something is wrong with the laser or something and try to send it back under warranty  :rofl:
Okay but seriously what did he do with it? Forget he used it as a tire stopper so his car would not roll away?

LOL nah their mum's BF had a...uhh...temper tantrum and threw their TV on top of it =/

I called Sony, they won't fix it under warranty but they will fix it for a AU$315 fee...so we just bought a newer model.

sorry to hear that but try and get a ps3 thats broke and us that case and use the parts in the broken ps3 to fix yours if anything goes wrong.

yea, I could have sworn I had seen replacement sony ps3 shells somewhere. I will do a google search and get back to you.

Thanks guys but I need a shell with only 2 USB slots and without the memory card bit.

I found one, sent the seller a question to make sure it was the right one, and now it's gone. Dammit =[

Does anybody have a broken PS3 that they'd be willing to sell me the shell? CECHP01, CECHK01 or CECHG01 models.

ive had a word and he just sold one lol i was a little bit slow and the women he sold it to said she will not sell as she needs it the same way you do.
