Title: i need help pandora-ing my psp slim

ok first off i did look through all the psp2k forums and pandora forums and either all the links are bad or didnt help so...
 i got 2 slim batteries. and one psp
 an 8gb memory stick i bout off ebay, its not magic gate suported. but it still saves data ,nothing has gone courupted so far but im afraid to start ,and ruin somthing
 
 im confused on what to do with the chip in the battery, some say take it off some say the bottom right some say desoulder, i want the easiest way

 i eventualy want to get to 3.71 m33

the 8gb memmory stick might not work. Ive heard that it has to be a genuine and support magicgate. for the battery be very careful when cutting open the battery. The easyiest way would be to desolder a pin on the ic. Here is a video:
