Title: I need help *REPAIR*

on my motherboard I snapped off that white part in the far right top corner. It is used to conect the charger port thing to. I am wondering if it is important because I was going to do the usb mod so I can charge through the usb. Should i go through with the usb mod or scrap and get a new mobo.

Or you can cut off the plug and solder the charger port cable directly to the mobo.

Better to keep the plug though imo.
