Your gonna be chargerd more than $30...

The case alone costs more than that, then theres the jewel which costs more aswell, then theres all the extra stuff like LM386 and SMD leds and what not

yeah in order to get your PSP to look like this, its gunna cost ~$60-$80 for all the parts plus labor
