Hey everyone. I'm finally doing a hard mod because I finally got the stuff. I want to do the Direct Contact Sound Reactive Triggers (https://www.acidmods.com/forum/index.php?topic=22685.0) and I want them to be turned on and off through the Hold switch. I just need to know what points on the switch I need to solder the +/- wires to. I would like pictures to help me out if anyone can provide them. Thanks.

cant do direct contact sound reactive to the hold switch soz. You can do lm386 with its ground to the hold.
-
Can I connect it to any switch?
-
Not a switch grounded on the PSP.
You could use a separate switch added by yourself, and put somewhere, but not a switch like the hold or wifi.
-
What if I cut one of the tracks and grounded it through a wire to some grounding point on the PSP?

your + and - HAVE to go to the + and - of the speaker.
-
Ok, thanks for clearing that up.

That doesn't work. If you mean cuttting a trace on a switch and connecting it to ground on the switch, it simply doesn't work. You have to add your own switch, and even then I'm not sure if it works.

you can add your own switch as long as it just switches a wire to one of the speakers.

I have one last question, what's the best way to unplug the speakers? Are there any tricks to it?

Idk any tricks just be careful because if you yank on one of the tiny wires it may come out of the connector.

I'm trying not to pull the wires, but I can't pull the plug out.

Nevermind, I got them.
