Whenever I plug in my play and charge cord to my self-modded controller (COD World At War RapidFire Kit On triggers CG Install),
the charger light will stay lit for about a minute and then turn green.
When I take off the charger, the battery only lasts for about 2 seconds and then fades out.
I can charge the battery pack completely fine using my other controller and then put it back in the modded controller, so that proves that the battery pack is not defective.
Can anyone figure this out?

maybe you damaged a pin that allows the controller to charge the battery?
maybe you somehow smacked a pin by the sync button when soldering to it? (if you did solder to it)
really look at your circuit board see what COULD be stopping from charging to happen
theres ribbons that run along the board maybe you ripped one out, its tough but its a possibility.
i hope you fix your controller bullet sucks to get it modded then it screw up :(

I know it's something wrong with the board,
but does anyone have any knowledge about the controllers
and how they charge and etc.
-
check the ribbons in the controllers charge port where the wire goes into maybe they got bent and pushed back and cant make a circuit
-
check the ribbons
There's no ribbons on wireless controllers...
I have 4, and no ribbons.
