I Feel like a kid in a mouse shop!
(I posted this here btw because I need an answer by the end of the day and I know that wont happen in PC)
My old mouse (Which is like 7 years old, yes thats right) has died on me, its starting to fall apart, the lens suddenly is messed up, im guessing the lens is cracked and the scroll wheel moves by itself
I wanted a new mouse, money isnt a big thing on me, but if its worth it, im willing to spend, all im going to use it for is web browsing, designing and gaming, so it has to be adjustable, since in photoshop, when you draw you want it really sensitive (Like 200DPI) and then when gaming about 2000DPI - 3200DPI
Two that have caught my eye, with pros and cons:

The G9:
Pros-
Cheaper
Very reliable
Nice light :)
Adjustable Sensitity
Really good scroll wheel
Adjustable weights
Really good drivers (That allow you to macro any button)
Interchangable handgrips
Cons-
IMO it looks quite ugly
IMO looks uncomfortable
Cant buy handgrips anywhere
OR

The ROCCAT KONE
Pros:
LOOKS SO COOL!!!! You can change any light, make them do effects etc
10 Buttons
Adjustable Sensitivity
Changable Weights
Good Drivers (Macro keys, adjust lights etc)
Looks comfy
Cons:
Expensive...
The scroll wheel have been known to break VERY easily...
Many come broken from the manufactuer
Did i mention expensive?
Right now im drifting off towards the G9 because the ROCCAT is known to break, and whats the point spending like $100 on a mouse that will last a week. The G9 is very reliable

its a mouse. just get a generic laser one lol
my tesco one lasted me years till i lost it xD
adjustable sensitivity can be done in windows mouse settings.

Yeah but I wanted a really comfy mouse too, and to match my computer, and ive noticed that the cheaper generic ones are always messed up (They dont move straight etc)

g9 is the way to go IMO its actually quiet comfy

UPDATE:
Going for the G9, I dont want to go with ROCCAT because it usually has many problems, with no sort of warrenty

Dude go for the Logitech MX Revolution
(https://acidmods.com/forum/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.logitech.com%2Frepository%2F173%2Fjpg%2F1507.1.0.jpg&hash=40729ad1154027752e0d7a5b2bad604bcadcd16a)
This thing is like sex for your hand.
essentially every button is programmable, good drivers, Wireless bluetooth, rechargeable battery, everything.
It's got some weight to it, but I love it.
Did I mention Extremely comfortable?
Heres the Mouse (http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/mice_pointers/mice/devices/130&cl=US,EN)

personally the best mouse i have found is the one im currently using, which is the logitech G5, it fits natually in your hand, the buttons are in the perfect spots. It has a built in/removable weight tray so you can adjust how heavy or light your mouse is with a neat case that all the weights come in. and the blue "veins" on it are actually slight ridges that help keep your hand cool, while also giving you good grip!

that is the mouse I have, its awesome for fps games as you can change the reactivity really quickly with those buttons. And you can put weights in it so its really smooth. This mouse is the sex, really confortable and drifts like a dream whilst being very solid.
