Title: Help with Ipod touch 1st gen 8gb

Hi all,
I have just been given a faulty ipod touch and i was wondering if anyone could help me fix it.
The problem with it is that the connector dock has been damaged so it will neither charge nor sync but it powers up and works perfectly (as the battery still have a bit of life in it left)
So please could you tell me what parts i would need and where would i get them from?

Also i was just wondering if it was possible to swap the ipod 8gb hard drive for a 16gb or 32gb one?

I can fix this issue...

and I have 32GB HDD in-stock for a swap....

My pricing: $45 to fix and $100 for the 32GB HDD let me know PM me...

$45 for a fix?

Just find a charger unit online and desolder the old one, and solder in the new one.

probably $5 fix.
