what you want is technacly not legal, so we dont discuss those types of mods here sorry.
look at xbox-modchips.com or google "mod chips for xbox 360"
to do this you will need to open your xbox, which will void your warranty

Read the rules, you're allowed to talk about what to do but not how to get them(ie sites).
What you need to do Ben, is flash the xbox360 drive with a modified firmware or get a mod chip for the 360.

My god! Read the date. You're reading the old rules. Modchip discussion is allowed, go ask an admin.
me and a few admins as well as the site owner have discussed the whole issue regarding backups etc and have decided that we will allow the discussion of backups.
so to make it clear
discussiong of the following are ok
- how to make backups from your personal games
- problems regarding backups.
- the installation of hardware or software needed to help in the backups.
but we will not tollerate
- how to download games and ware to download them from
- where to get ilegal files needed
- where to buy the hardware or software from.
any other admins feel free to add to these rules or add to this anouncement

He's not asking how/where to download and burn illegally downloaded games. He's asking how to MAKE HIS XBOX able to do that. THAT'S ALLOWED.

Kicks, thats the hole point I was trying to make, sure the rules have been revised to discuss installation of hardware and software of BACKUPS, the problem is he don’t want to play backups he wants to STEAL games off the internet.
I can read, what is more important than being able to read is to comprehend what you are reading, obviously that is where your problem lies

ok first of you two stop fighting there are old rules and new rules lying around and im sorry about that.
now if your wanting to download games from the internet then thats a no go we dont condone that so be careful how you frays your questions. we do allow talk within reason about running backups as nothing is worse than when your dog gets a disk or a baby decides to use it to teeth on or a 360 decides to scratch it up. and all information provided is for educational purposes only and you should check with your local laws before proceeding with anything.
as for this topic because the guy has basically got an answer and because its starting a fight im going to lock this.
guys just think a bit more carefully before posting and be civil when conversing on the forums. im not bothered about how you act over msn etc but on the forums at least sound like you have some modicum of manners
