My Psp slim (HOME) button don't work.. How can I fix this?

you probably need to order another button bar and connect it.  everything should be fine afterwards

Well, the PSP slim home bar is a very uncommon replacement. To be honest, your best way to get a new one
would be eBay. I'm not sure about anywhere else you could get one, unless you had a spare PSP slim lying around....
If not, you could try sacrificing the functionality of your music button and wire that up to the home button part of the flex cable....

No there's another place, but you'll have to buy the right and left ribbon cables with it too. Only 6 bucks though, with free shipping.
