Title: Fixin E80 error

Wondering if anyone can help me. I recently got the E80 error when updating to NXE. I have torn the Xbox apart and had the resistor re-soldered. I still get the same error. How do I downgrade my dashboard back if I can't even get the Xbox to boot up. I have no modding experience and wondered if this is possible without putting in this Infectus chip I've read about. Any suggestions?

I don't think you can downgrade your xbox without hacking it. Maybe this will shed some light on your problem:
