Hey guys,
I just got my new comp. Here are the specs:
Intel i7 920
Asus P6T deluxe mobo
3gb 1600mhz RAM
640GB HDD
850Watt PSU
9800GTX 512mb graphics card
When nI go to dxdiag it says dirext X 10
Now the problem is when I go to play games such as COD4, it gives me this error:
Could not find dxdx9_34.dll
I've installed all the drivers for the mobo and GPU. So I don't know whats wrong. BTW the OS is Vista 64 bit...but when I play NFS most wanted it works fine.
Also when I play counter strike 1.6 it launches and then a message pops up saying : FATAL ERROR LESS THAN 15mb memory remaining ! So I'm like oo..kkk....time to ask acidmods :P

EDIT:
I downloaded dirext X 9 from the M$ website and that seemed to fix the missing DLL but still the same problem with counter strike. maybe it just coz its Vista ?
