Title: need some hel guys programing chips

 :help:okay i have a hex file for the 12f683 chip and i want to put a hex on it. "i have the hex file" so do i need to go through (mplab) or no go to winpic and start the programing process if im wrong can some one post a guid on how to program these chips with a hex i already have

open winpic
plug in programer
click file
open hex
click build

done
