I wanted to use direct contact sound LEDs which DarkShot said I could do, but I can't figure it out, I was told that L0rdNic0s LM386 Audio Amplifier IC chip tutorial won't be very reactive, I want(ed) very reactive LEDs. Help? this is what I came up with so far.

I would like almost exaclty the same, but instead of the ring of light,2 leds in the speaker holes...
Any Diagrams..?
-
Yeah I think some dudes wire up all their positive wires from all their leds to the output of the LM386 chip. The same goes for the ground for all the leds and the chip. They are tied to the ground coming from the wifi switch.

Is there any diagrams.. i find them much easyer to follow and understand :)
Thanks

No I couldn't find any.

I dont have a diagram, and I'm assuming you didn't search too hard....
I said you can turn off the direct contact leds using a switch.
A switch not already grounded.
I'll draw a quick diagram to help you, cause I now do feel sorry for you cause you don't quite get it.
EDIT:
heres the basic idea.

The switch breaks the connection, and doesn't ground anything, which means you can not use the hold or wifi for direct contact leds.
The main problem your having is expecting people to spoon feed you all the answers, that would be found using a simple search. You have over 150 posts, and only joined 10 days ago. Many of those are asking how do I do this that and the other thing.
Repeatedly
You need to learn how to take your time and search.
/rant
If you need more clarification on the diagram, ask.
You will have to find a place to put the switch.

I have a diagram of how to do the lm386. But no you cannot turn the direct connect LEDs on and off with the wifi switch without any extra componants. I'll post it in a minute.
EDIT: the diagram will have to wait for tomorrow. I just remembered that I need to get to my computer first.
-
If you can shove a 5V reed relay inside your PSP then you can use the WIFI switch.
-
That's what I meant by extra componants. Or you could do with transistors too somehow.
-
you could use the + from the speakers and the - from the wifi switch
like in the diagramm in the frist post, but without the wire to the - from the speaker
-
You cant do it like that only a dead switch like DarkShot said.
-
So I could buy a PSP power switch (easiest thing to use considering it is small, we already know it fits in the PSP and it is not grounded if you add another one.)
So just to make sure I'm not mistaken the direct contact LEDs will be more active then the one using the IM386 like in L0rdnic0's tutorial?
Also I don't need any resistors or anything correct? I just hate to fry something like my mobo :drunk:
(It's happened before :|)
Ok I think I got it.

ok you guy's don't need to help me anymore I understand. /help :winker:
-
Its almost impossible to fry something when your not even soldering to it unless your horrible at soldering.. (Talking about mobo)
Resistors for RED and YELLOW is all that you need. They are pretty similar to reactiveness.
Also a Dip switch is better decision for the added switch.
-
I added what I think is correct on my post above.
-
Im not sure if that will work. Im thinking the switch doesnt work like that but not positive

I cant get to the product via that link but i see Slide Switch in the link so im going to say yes. Slide Switches and Dip Switchs are the best option for your desire :D
