Title: speaker buzzing

when i did my mod my my speaker is buzzing...now i dont have sound...

what could be the problem??

i do the sound mod using lm386

i kinda messed the gv and the ground points

leads are over the place :tup:

Well I'm not sure what would cause the speaker to buzz, unless it is, or was shorted out.

i think that it was shorted..i also tried the headphone jack but it has no sounds..

my mobos are ta-81 and ta-82..can this apply to aroich sound tut??

    Try to undo everything you did specially the sound chip and check again if the speakers work. Make sure everything is connected back to normal. Try the headphone jack again. See if that works.

well i did this to my psp coz i switch mobo because of the sound problem...

but unfortunately the same thing happens with the another mobo of mine...

it started when im trying to solder the 5v and the ground...

my soldering kinda messed up...i don't know what's wrong with this...

both speakers dont have sounds..i tried the headphone with it nothing happens...

   You might want to check out the thread that's about 5 down from yours that says TUTORIAL Sound Repair. See if that helps.

yup i'll try that..my mobos are ta-81 and 82..

just saying, but if you switch motherboards, make sure to get one that matches the one you have. Otherwise you'll have to switch the wifi board too. The wifi board and motherboard have to match or you get all sorts of odd problems like things wrong with the sound.

i did what on the tut for the sound by arioch

but the right speaker only works

but still there's buzzing on my speaker...

Hi , I know it's a old topics , but maybe the answer save your mobo :
The Bip is here cause +5V don't go to the Amp , you must solder a wire to solve the problem , try this :
