Title: need help w/ talismoon aurora lighting
Post by: SN!P3R on March 08, 2009, 12:21:59 PM
k so i installed a green talismoon aurora lighting thing in my 360. its 2 led bard etc. hooked up to my 360 fan (molex, non-hdmi). i went to add a yellow 1206 led to the led bar, and the 1 bar where the yellow led was soddered made that bars les go out. how would i go about getting power from the bar, or anyone know another good 5v source? pics would help.

i have many voltage issues to with the 360 its hard to get them to cooperate. Just make sure you have the the right resistance and make sure anything else in your xbox isnt taking to much voltage.

the only thing i have taking voltage is the aurora led bars, blue ring (quadrant thing), and 2 leds in the HDD when its plugged in.

you can never have enough!!! IDK dude but every time something happens like that to me its either bc i have to little or to much solder on it. if not and you think its a good connection then its prolly just a short.
