Title: Anyone Had A Problem With Phenoptix...?

I Just Received My Order From Them To That They Were 20 LED's Short (I Ordered 45 LED's Altogether), And Sent The Wrong Colour Wire..   :sadno:

Has Anyone Else Had A Bad Experience With Them.. ??

ive had nothing but good. just contact them im sure they will fix it

Yer i emailled them, and within minutes got an email back saying sorry etc.. they have been very busy.. and he will send the stuff out tomorrow..

So Its Cool.. :cool:

I ordered once from them and they have very very fast shipping. I ordered on a thursday and my leds came on monday. I am from CA too.

i'm from Dubai , and my first order was just 10 blue led's (didn't have no idea what smd's were , just had that impatient rogue that an excited guy suffers ) but i had my led's in no time ! only 10 days !

from the bay area california havnt got my leds fom the site but i ordered them wednesday or tuesday
