the official anouncment came today that the 4 new maps along with the new zombie mode will be released march 19th. so save some MS points.

what is all this blasphemy I am hearing? Nothing about COD:W@W sucks except its lack of originality. At first I was thinking that it is no different then COD4 but what sells it now for me is the enhanced last stand stuff, more Hardcore modes (free for all is sweet), I am digging the dogs, and the vehicles seem to add a different dynamic even tho they took them out of hardcore.
I will have the new map pack the day it comes out, zombies is a blast, cant wait for the new map.

LOL... Idk.. I am just sick of playing it, it is soo much like cod4, and the new things like the dogs...well, they upset me sometimes..LOl I think its becouse I have played cod4 since the day it was released, and now this one is just so simmilar. I will get back to it I am sure. I fully agree about the zombie deal that is great. I just need a break from it. and the wife picked up res evil 5 today..(I love that woman)..I hope this will be the escape from the normal gaming I have been looking for.

ya lol i played cod4 since its release day then this since release, i am sick of cod. i havent played it for about 2 months now. it is about 90% the same as cod4, but worse imho

Im home sick, might get out of bed and play soon but IDK. I cant wait though. And all the cod5 haters. FAH-Q. Its amazing game and 10x better than COD4 IMO.

I just play the new National Socialist Zombies last night and it is sick. Way harder than the first one.

All I have to say is WOW! As far as map packs go this is a must buy. The 3 maps are awesome, Knee Deep is my favorite, followed closely by Night Fire. Station, I think it is called, is pretty decent however a bit long(in distance) for team deathmatch, it is however superb when it comes to tactical games like Search. All three of the maps for multiplayer had a lot of work put into them as there are so may nooks and crannies to hide in, yet each spot has several entry and exit point which makes it challenging to camp. I spent most of my time that I played this weekend on HC team deathmatch in just the new maps as they made a speacial section for just the Map pack. Only after quite a few hours on the new maps did I get bored of them. The new maps will get integrated into the normal maps this wednesday/thursday. People who bought the map pack will also get double XP until then as well.
The new Zombie map is unreal, it has made a new dynamic for zombie play as there are more rooms to unlock as well as there being two sections that you can start in. It is much harder then the previous level in that the random weapon box sometimes moves around the level, and the death cards have been taken out of the zombie mode.
All and all this is a must have for cod lovers.
