Title: Buying parts
Post by: Mxr708 on March 12, 2009, 03:02:47 PM: Im planning on starting to mod my psp next week and I was wondering where you guys bought your supplies. I want to get as much at rat shack as possible but I will order online from a reliable source. I need

30 awg kynar wire
smd leds
slide switches that will fit the psp (any suggestions on where to mount them I will have 3 or 4

Depends on what type of parts you need. Try to avoid Rat Shack since they are really expensive. The only time I go is when I really need the part.

smd leds- i recommend (www.well-ton.com) he also have an account on ebay
slide switches- radio shack and prob ebay.
you just have to look around, other places you can find good stuff is deal xtreme, phenoptix, and focal price.

I would say don't trust anyone with 98.5% or lower.

focal price, dx and phenoptix are one of the trustworthy suppliers out there..
