So, I think that I got a tad too close with my flathead. :faint: So, after 2 months of looking and utter pissed-off-ness, it's over. Now, I need someone's help to find the backlight fix tut, and someplace to get a new lcd...

dealextreme has lcds but i dunno how good their quality control is.

It's not seen on the other side, and there's a story. So, I thought it was just grime. But then I picked at the spot. And then the lines got worse. Then I picked at it again. And the lines got worse and worse. :D

In the first pic, if you can see, the backlight fuse is blown :(
