Title: psp black screen

i have a phat psp, the screen is black.  if i power it on green light turns on for approx. 30 seconds then cuts off, if on charger orange light is constant.  heres what i have tried, switched lcd with another psp, so i know that lcd on broken psp did work.  also tried unbricking with rains mms, no luck.  ive also switched batterys.  i have no idea, maybe a simple problem not sure.

ive tried that, if i cant unbrick it that way, what is wrong, mobo?  if so where can i get one other then ebay?
