OK Im ganna do the sound mod with a few led's using the 2n222 transistor and also using the WiFi as a switch on and off for it. So will this work?

Won't work with the wifi switch as it is already grounded.

Connect the power source to it and you will essentially create a short.

Meaning the PSP will do nothing.

You need to use a separate switch if you want to turn them on or off.

or you could unsolder the switch and unground it by unsoldering the switch and ask justin for the rest

yeah basically you need to desolder the switch, bridge the wifi connection on the mobo, cover it/insulate it with electrical tape or something, then just use your wifi  switch like a normal 3 pin switch. Once done, reattach the switch with glue or something.

Ya that's what I thought....Guess I will just buy a few dip switch and put em in the UMD bay or something. NO big deal.
