Title: How to tell if it can be modded?
Post by: redrider on March 28, 2009, 09:01:55 PM: Hey guys I am am going to buy a slim mobo for cheap but I need to know if it can be modded. The guy wont open it to tell me the model of the mobo so thats a no go. Is there a way to tell by the model number or something. thanks.

EDIT: NVM...got him to open it up lol..

What? I need to know if the mobo can be modded for custom firmware....I have the model/serial number and was wondering if I could tell buy that.

Well so far every single PSP model has been hacked to run CFW by AT LEAST 5 people.

the 3000's cpu can also be replaced but the display cannot support it...but you can

have the tv/video output with it...hahaha...talking about portable...not!

Well I don't know who it is but I know one guy who is like a professional hacked did infact hack it 100% but that was just him, it's not really up to the "Mass-hacking" stage yet.

I don't... Ok I DO understand why Sony doesn't want hackers... I mean right now it's probably the only thing keeping the PSP alive.
