Title: bridged slim backlight fuse and still doesnt work..

OK so I got a used psp slim mobo for $10...couldn't beat it lol..the only problem was is that he said that it didn't work.

So i got it home and tried it out, and found out that it was bricked...
So i un-bricked it and turned it on.

this time it turned it worked and I could see the sony entertainment thing come up but the back light didn't work

so i bridged the back light fuse in the back and tried it again...
and nothing..I re-soldered it again to make sure I got a good connection also.

I know the back light works bc I tried the whole screen on my other mobo.

Anything else I can do?  :dntknw:

maybe the back light connector is broken

yeah you could have a problem with the ribbon cable maybe.
