They sell touchscreen overlays but the problem is with the software, trying to make it work.

they sell them at sparkfun.com.  U would need to modify the whole firmware to use it, not just an app.

this is my attempt in try modding psp with touch screen..jusst solder it to the analog..can be used but not very sensitive..after this mod,my psp gone crazy..huhu

Oh i thought no one care about psp touch screen..maybe i'm  :#1: in malaysia trying to mod psp with touch screen..my biggest mistake is soldering the psp analog wire to touch screen while psp is on..that make everything goes wrong..but,the fact is it can be done..i'm sendi ng my psp to wetfusion for repairing and after that i will continueing my mod..in mean while i will try get a bigger and compatible screen for psp touch screen mod   :tup: just using analog pinout

sure ! i think this is kinda honourable moment..coz someone eager to see my mod..got to sms wetfusion to repair my psp immediately ! hahaha..actually,in malaysia there are very little psp modder comunity here..i think less than 20..i got a lot of modding idea but no one to discuss with..besides,i'm always alone and on my own doing modding..just my little brother encourage me to mod..and tonight,my father give me a new room for me and my brother to do modding job ! since i show him my blog,hahahaa..can someone give me an idea what phone touch screen size same as psp?

that proof of concept already proed..but it hard for me to find the compatible screen in malaysia..i dont have credit card to buy it via online from sparkfun..i've seen that lcd in internet before..and i know how to rewiring it but i just dont have the way to buy it..if that lcd has 5 poin,then u can solder it directly to d-pad because it has ground..so u can use touch screen in xmb menu..if it has 4 point,then just solder it to the analog..i'm ordering trackball for my psp..huhu no need for dual nub then..i'll be uploading the tutorial next week after finish..log on to http://malaysiapspmodder.blogspot.com (http://malaysiapspmodder.blogspot.com) for my work progress
