Title: Can this be fixed?

I don't know how this happened but i thought my backlight was broken bc it wasn't coming on and i bridged the fuse and it still didn't work. SO i looked at it a bit closer and saw that the copper ribbon cable that goes from the backlight to the mobo had a cut in it...idk if it is the poss or neg but can i do anything to fix this?

I think it's typically pretty hard to fix ribbon cables, but I'm not sure. It'd probably be pretty difficult anyway, if you could.
